Gibraltar, UK 29Apr2015

Gibraltar is located in Southern end of Spain
at the entrance of Mediterranean sea which is
British Overseas Territory.

About 30,000 residents are consists of
descendants of British(27%), Spanish(24%),
Italian(15%), Portuguese(15%)
and others.

They have their own Gibraltar pound
as a currency and
Rock of Gibraltar is the major landmark here.

We just wanted to walk around the town
and take the cable car to the top of the Rock.

We walked all the way from the pier
to the cable car station through the town centre.

We were so exhausted after nearly one hour walk
under scorching sun.

A warning sign at the cable car station.

Obviously, these monkeys are very naughty.
We were warned that they would grab your back pack
and take things out like food, fruits and even sunglasses.

We were waiting in line for an hour
under the heat and sun light.
There were so many people from the ship alone.

But, fresh air and sea breeze took away exhaustion
with beautiful view.

360 degree panoramic view from the Rock
was overwhelmly spectacular!

Thank goodness, this monkey was behaving today...at least to us!

We could see both Mediterranean and Atlantic ocean!
