Vancouver, Canada Apr25

It was very nice to see a land after 7 days of cruising.
Rain greeted us in the morning but it became fine after lunch time.
Lucky with weather again! :-)
I was waiting on our balcony for the ship's anouncement that the ship is cleared to get off.
It is one of the nicest passenger terminal we have seen so far!

World's famous RCMP(Royal Canadian Mounted Police) shop.

Nice modern buildings facing beautiful harbour near the passenger terminal.

Light airplanes would come in handy in Vancouver harbour with many islands?

We are on Hop on hop off bus in this pretty city

We saw Marcia and Jules walking down the street of Gas Town!

Hop on hop off bus at the Stanley Park

Stanley park restaurant was closed but these beautiful tulips are all open for ealy Spring in Canada!

Winter Olympic games here in Vancouver was over few months ago but souvenir shop is still selling items we wanted.

Steam Clock in Gas Town is one of famous tourist attraction!

People waiting for street car.
Fairmont Hotel Vancouver with green roof on the left is one of the most beautiful building in this city.

Burrad Street bridge is not only historic but also beautiful.

Down town

World's famous Chinese artist Yue Minjun's works are found on the way to Stanley park.
Wish I could be this happy all the time!

Joggers in Stanley park enjoying the nice view!

We bumped into bunch of Aussies when we were looking for Canadian Totem Poles in Stanley park!
Saxophonist and Clarinetist young lady Amber and Black Tie(Brothers Con and Nick and their wives Celist Sue and pianist Valerie) performed in our crusie ship.
They left the ship in the morning and due to fly home in Australia tonight.
Oh, yes!
Finally, we have found them!
I have seen photos of these Totem Poles when I was a little kid!

A city view and our cruise ship from the park.

Bye bye Vancouver!
It was my first visit to Canada and loved this city.
We shall be back.

~~Sail away party at the pool deck downstairs~~~

It has taken for a while that our ship sails away from this beautiful harbour.
