Cagliari, Sardinia is our first port of call
as Tunisia was cancelled due to
security issues for passengers' safety in the country.
It was rather crispy morning in Spring time in Italy.
We had breakfast on our suite balcony
which we have never done in any cruise ship before.
Lido buffet looked a little too crowded with 2000 passengers
and it was a wise decision to have a room service.
After the breakfast, we stepped out of the ship
and basically walked around the town all day.
Town centre is bit hilly but
we managed to find
elevators that connects
from lower part of the town
to upper side where
we enjoyed the open view of the port.
A day in Cagliari was a pleasant surprise.
We have never heard of this charming Italian port before
and yet
there are so many things to discover
in this rather cute port city.
