Seabourn Sojourn Grand Buffet in the Galley 28Mar14

 Grand Galley Buffet.
Appetizers, Salads and Deserts are set up in The Restaurant 
while main courses are displayed in the ship's main galley.

I thought the chefs in charge of the cruise are Scotish, German and French.

 Serving staff and kitchen staff are parading the restaurant 
while passengers are showing their appreciation
