On Christmas Eve,
we are on a private beach
on a small island
off the coast of Thailand,
Ko Kood.
We have been here before
with Seabourn Sojourn
one and a half years ago.
This was the place where
passengers can enjoy
the Seabourn Signature Event.
'Caviar in the Surf'
And, yes, we are going to enjoy
caviar in the surf today as well.
We took a ship's tender boat about 10:30am
Weather was more than perfect for the event
Crew already set up BBQ buffet restaurant,
chairs and tables for 400 passengers, bar area
and beach chairs on the beach.

Lobster tails, King prawns and burgers are sizzling
Ship's captain Hamish Elliot is
coming up to the beach on a zodiac boat.
Alerting everyone of arrival of caviar
through the megaphone!
It can not get better than this!
Totally spoilt!
I could only eat so much of shrimps and lobsters
after so much of caviar and champagne on the beach.

A lot of people signed up
for beach activities.
Water skiing, Banana boat riding,
Pedal boat riding and Sailing etc.
While some other people simply chose to
pamper themselves on beach massage
What an absolutely beautiful day it was...
