Dinner with CEO of Holland America Line

Lovely & beautiful Annemarie(German born Dutch) from Monaco joned the cruise in Buenos Aires.
CEO of Holland America Line Mr & Mrs S Kruze invited suite passengers for cocktail party and dinner tonight.
They joined the cruise from Walvis Bay, Namibia and disembark in Cape Town, South Africa.

Amuse galore!

We are sitting with Mr & Mrs Baumann who is CEO of Crusie Specialist the agent in Seattle on our left.
They are on board for a week.
The pinnacle restaurant head chef Shawn from Canada being praised for his exellency in tonight's cuisine!!!
Beef tartare with quail egg and caviar!
Glass of Dom Perignon was a great start!!!

Salad of sweet and spicy ceviche
in lime juice with quacamole and patato crisp

Poached chicken with morel mushrooms accented with coconut and carrot fleurette foam finished with mint enhanced green pea puree

South African lobster tail, shrimp and scallops a la nage with chardonnay, root vegetables and new potatoes

Crispy mille-feuille of strawberries and lemon jelly sour cream ice cream

Finish with petit fours
Rooiberg, Sauvignon Blanc and Diemersfontein Pinotage both from South Africa were surely one of the top wine.
Just simply devine!!!!
